Site Visit
A United Built professional will come with you to visit your home site and they have the experience and training necessary to help you choose exactly the right location for your home. You'll also make decisions about the type of foundation that best suits your location, and discuss other issues, such as required permitting and road access.
Financing
Our mission at United Built Homes is to make financing easy and affordable. Qualified landowners can build new custom homes with no money down*, and all our customers can save thousands on closing costs and other extra fees most lenders charge.
United Built Homes is the only on-your-site builder in the region that offers true in-house financing. Many lenders charge thousands in up-front closing costs. When you finance your new home with UBH, there are usually no up front out-of-pocket financing expenses.* You’re practically home free!.

UBH In-House vs Conventional Financing
With United Built in-house financing, there’s no money down for qualified landowners, no up-front closing costs, no payment for the first six months and no penalty for early pay-off. Conventional financing sometimes requires a large down payment and significant up-front fees.
